About the Toolkit

Hello and welcome to the Educator’s Toolkit. This website was developed by the Library’s Learning Tech Group (LTG) and the Teaching Innovations Work Group (TIWG).  Its purpose is to provide a curated, centralized collection of help resources for faculty and staff who support the teaching and learning process in campus academic programs at UCSF. Equity is our guiding principle, and we strive to maintain a toolkit that is equally useful and accessible to users from all campus academic programs.

The Learning Tech Group is part of the Library. We work to empower faculty, staff and students in academic programs with the educational technology and skills needed to build better teaching and learning environments. We can help you use the CLE, design effective online courses, and produce educational multimedia content.

The Teaching Innovations Work Group began as a grass-roots effort to connect ed tech professionals on campus. We meet weekly to share ideas and collaborate on projects with the goal of improving ed tech support services to all faculty, staff and students in campus academic programs.
